spent like 7 hours in the metals studio today. and i dont have time to do something else now..so i think this counts for today. its just a simple little ring..practicing setting a stone in a bezel. its pretty rough still but i like it.. even though the copper will turn my fingers green if i wear it.. but it's a pretty piece of jade in the middle...which is of course out of focus. also started on my final which is a hollow silver ring with a little blue stone. im not really a jewlery person, but there's just something about making little things to slide onto your fingers that's kinda cool. and they're so shiney! also, the nice grey background is my laptop.
